1. Data Controller

MG GROEP B.V., headquartered in the Netherlands, provides secure trade representation, logistics and global market access across Europe, Central Asia and Africa. With more than 25 years in logistics and transport, we help international companies enter European markets with confidence through authorized representation, verified trade connections and dependable transportation.

2. Data We Process

• Identity and contact: name, title, company, email, phone
• Commercial information: inquiries, transport routes, product specifications
• Verification data (KYC/AML): company registration, authorization letters, passport or ID copies where legally required
• Technical data: IP address, cookies, access logs

3. Purposes of Processing

• Establishing authorized representation and verified trade connections
• Executing our four-stage assurance model: Document Audit, Counterparty Verification, Compliance Review, Live Risk Monitoring
• AML/KYC screening and sanctions checks
• Coordinating multimodal logistics (road, air, sea, door-to-door)
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interest (fraud prevention and protection of reputation), and consent for marketing communications.

5. Retention

KYC/AML documents: 5 years or as required by law. Commercial correspondence: 7 years after termination. Web logs: 12 months.

6. Sharing

Data is shared only with authorized counterparties, licensed logistics partners, customs brokers, banks, insurers and competent authorities. International transfers outside the EEA are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and data portability. Contact: privacy@mggroep.org. You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

8. Cookies

We use only essential technical cookies and anonymized analytics. No marketing cookies are used.

Terms of Service

1. Scope

www.mggroep.org is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Services

We provide authorized representation of Kazakhstan-based refineries, European sales support, buyer and seller verification, and logistics coordination. We operate on an authorization-based only principle — no representation without verified mandate.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information, refrain from submitting falsified documents, and must not use the site for sanctions evasion, money laundering or illegal trade.

4. Intellectual Property

All texts, logos and images are the property of MG GROEP B.V. and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer

Operations depend on third-party carriers, ports and authorities. MG GROEP B.V. is not liable for delays, force majeure or market conditions.

6. Governing Law

Dutch law applies. The courts of Amsterdam have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before cooperation we verify company registration, ownership structure, and screen against EU, OFAC and UN sanctions lists. AML and KYC screening is performed in accordance with international standards.
